1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, honey, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
