We are a small business and orders will be dispatched within two working days.
Please note: Items purchased after 5pm on Friday and over the weekend will not be sent until Tuesday.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order, via email shop@thenestonline.co.uk outlining the reason for your return.
The order must be returned to us within 14 working days of receiving it. You can return it to our store either in person, by post.
Items must be returned with the correct tags and labels intact and in an un-used and re-salable condition together with the original dispatch note enclosed. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
The Nest reserves the right to refuse an item if it is determined that it has been used and suffered wear and tear or arrives damaged during transit.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment if applicable.
